The layout principle of chain drive:

    In order to make the chain drive work normally, attention should be paid to its reasonable layout. The layout principle is briefly described as follows:

    (1) The rotation planes of the two sprockets should be in the same vertical plane, otherwise the chain will easily fall off and cause abnormal wear.

    (2) The connection between the middle parts of the two sprocket wheels should be as horizontal as possible, or at an inclination below the horizontal plane, and vertical transmission should be avoided as much as possible to avoid poor meshing or disengagement with the lower sprocket.
