| Corrosion Resistance |
| Really excellent corrosion resistance with regard to organic and natural substances, oxidating options, foodstuff, sterilizing options. Good resistance with respect to atmospheric corrosion and dyes. They are subjected to pitting and crevice corrosion in existence of sizzling chloride solutions and to anxiety corrosion when temperature exceeds 60°C. They do not resist to sulfuric acid solutions. AISI 302 shows slightly ideal corrosion resistance with respect to AISI 304/304L stainless steels. |
